Training your posterior chain muscles (back, gluteus and hamstrings) is an important part of preventing pain and overuse. Deadlift is one (of some ways) to cover this topic. Make sure the right muscles are working (it is not an exercice for the front side of your thighs) and you get your technique right (hip hinge movement). Need support?
