Training and testing with tindeq is a easy way to measure your training for rehabilitation AND for performance …. because loadmanagement in sports is really underrated (doesn’t mean you ALWAYS have to measure it….). After breaking the wooden triangle i needed to use my hangboard for the photos.

Dieses Lied ging mir durch den Kopf, als wir an der triefenden Wand ankamen…

…wie im diesem fröhlichen Lied machten wir uns auf den Rückweg zum Auto und fanden bei strahlendem Sonnenschein die Boulderhalle… (im Wissen, die Wand ist trotzdem nass😜) manchmal braucht es Plan B….

Heisst nicht, dass es nicht ein total zufriedener Tag war… Bouldern macht auch glücklich und ein feiner Kaffee zuvor sowieso!!!

Screening the youthteams is always a lot of joy and very inspiring !!! Seeing them giving all they have is very motivating and impressive.
It is a privilege  to test their strenghts and weaknesses and be a small part of their journey in climbing
